SEPPA, 2 May:<\/strong> East Kameng Deputy Commissioner Yashaswini B flagged off the month-long field enumeration process for the houselisting and housing census from the district secretariat here on Friday.<\/p>\n Marking the beginning of the national exercise in the district, the DC, along with the census team conducted field visits to several households in and around Seppa. Houses were systematically listed and census numbers were assigned in accordance with the census guidelines during the visit.<\/p>\n Interacting directly with the residents, Yashaswini provided insights into the enumeration process and answered their queries. The DC also appealed to all residents to extend full cooperation to the enumerators and census officials deployed in the district for smooth and successful completion of the census exercise.<\/p>\n The district administration reiterated its commitment to conducting the Census 2027 process “with utmost efficiency, transparency, and public participation.”<\/p>\n In Dibang Valley district, Census Operations Assistant Director Mandeep Raj on Saturday flagged of the field enumeration process for the houselisting and housing census from the circuit house in Anini.<\/p>\n The enumeration exercise was symbolically launched with the listing of Dibang House, the official residence of the deputy commissioner, in the presence of DC Bekir Nyorak.<\/p>\n Speaking on the occasion, Additional District Census Officer Tadang Rai appealed to the citizens of the district to extend their cooperation to the enumerators and census personnel.<\/p>\n He urged all residents to share accurate information and extend necessary assistance to the census personnel.
