The Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) secured victory, marking the defeat of the CPI (M)-led Left Democratic Front (LDF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Puducherry, the All India NR Congress (AINRC) is set to make a comeback.
