Late Lowang will be always remembered for his service to the nation and remain a pride of Aru-nachal Pradesh,&#8221; Pema said in a message this evening.<br \/>\nHe hailed Lowang for showing exemplary bravery during the gun-battle with terrorists in Jammu &amp; Kashmir on 14 August, 2009, for which he was awarded the Sena Medal by the Indian Army.<br \/>\nThe CM expressed gratitude to Mokttowa village &#8220;for producing a brave patriot like late Lowang&#8221; and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
