Kampu Tallong, a newborn, was the first child to get enrolled at the centre.<br \/>\nDeputy Commissioner Gaurav Singh Rajawat, DMO (in-charge) Dr SK Suman, DRCHO Dr Dirang Pizi and other health department staffers were present during the opening of the facility.
