Besides the ministers, state environment principal secretaries\/secretaries, chairpersons of state pollution control boards, NGO representatives, and other central and state government officers participated in the conference.<br \/>\nRebia, along with Arunachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board Chairman Techi Tagi Tara, Principal Secretary &amp; PCCF (HoFF) Omkar Singh, and CCF (Environment &amp; Climate Change) AK Shukla represented the state.<br \/>\n&#8220;There should be focus to integrate and mainstream climate change concerns in respective sectors, rather than as a tool for seeking finance to formulate multi-state (regional), innovative, and transformative project for smooth and faster access to climate finance,&#8221; Rebia said.<br \/>\nEarlier, senior officers of the union environment, forests &amp; climate change ministry spoke on topics like climate change, the National Clean Air Programme, environment impact assessment, and &#8216;waste to wealth&#8217;.<br \/>\nRebia and his team also attended the plenary session of the conference at Vigyan Bhavan on 5 June.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW DELHI, Jun 6: Arunachal Pradesh Environment &amp; Forests Minister Nabam Rebia said there is an urgent need to reorient the State Action Plan on Climate Change to facilitate achievement of the country&#8217;s targets for post-2020.
