Competition or talent hunt in a reality show is for the best of the best but today due to the above obsessions we blindly vouch for our family, friends, clan, village, state, region &amp; nation thereby undermining the essence of what competition is all about.<br \/>\nIt is always good to appreciate &amp; encourage the one participating from our village, state or region but that shouldn&#8217;t be at the cost of undermining the better off.<br \/>\nThis obsession has reached in every aspect of our life be it in reality shows, elections. Competition should be a competition of merit &amp; talent rather than that only for influential, popular, moneyed &amp; muscle powered.
