He exhorted teachers, anganwadi workers, NGOs and ASHAs to go the extra mile to make children free from worm infections.<br \/>\nIn apprehension that the medicine might not reach some of the remote villages in Tali and Pipsorang circles on time, Deputy Commissioner Pige Ligu asked the medical department to look into the feasibility of stocking the tablets to make it available even after the conclusion of the National Deworming Day and the mop-up day.<br \/>\nAlbendazole tablets and IEC materials were distributed for the NDD programme.
