The programme on 20 August, too, was cancelled, and a condolence meeting was held instead to mourn the death of Vajpayee,&#8221; the BJP mandal clarified in a press release.<br \/>\n&#8220;Neither were there ribbon cutting nor formal reception, music and any sort of entertainment.
