{"id":43253,"date":"2018-09-01T01:10:26","date_gmt":"2018-08-31T19:40:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=43253"},"modified":"2018-09-01T01:10:26","modified_gmt":"2018-08-31T19:40:26","slug":"childline-rescues-two-children","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/09\/01\/childline-rescues-two-children\/","title":{"rendered":"Childline rescues two children"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Aug 31:<\/strong> Childline Itanagar has rescued two children who were reportedly being kept as bonded labourers in Seppa and Itanagar.<br \/>\nAccording to a report, a group of elderly persons visited the Childline office here on Monday and lodged a complaint about two children being kept as bonded labourers.<br \/>\nAccording to their information, an 11-year-old girl child was reportedly being kept in New Seppa and an eight-year-old boy had been brought to Itanagar.<br \/>\nThe Childline team immediately sent all the information about the girl child to the ICDS deputy director in Seppa. On Thursday the deputy director informed that they had rescued the child and handed her over to her parents on the same day.<br \/>\nOn Wednesday, the Childline team along with a Nirjuli police team led by ASI K Tacha rescued the eight-year-old boy from a house of one Seme Tungi in Lekhi village.<br \/>\nThe child was produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Itanagar, for further necessary intervention.<br \/>\nBoth the children are from the Puroik community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, Aug 31: Childline Itanagar has rescued two children who were reportedly being kept as bonded labourers in Seppa and Itanagar.
