{"id":44990,"date":"2018-09-12T01:27:27","date_gmt":"2018-09-11T19:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=44990"},"modified":"2018-09-12T01:27:27","modified_gmt":"2018-09-11T19:57:27","slug":"pm-interacts-with-frontline-functionaries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/09\/12\/pm-interacts-with-frontline-functionaries\/","title":{"rendered":"PM interacts with frontline functionaries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Sep 11:<\/strong> The women &amp; child development directorate on Tuesday facilitated frontline functionaries of the women &amp; child development (WCD) and health &amp; family welfare departments to witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi&#8217;s &#8216;Direct samvaad&#8217; programme by webcasting the event live at the Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre here.<br \/>\nThe PM interacted with frontline functionaries like anganwadi workers, ANMs and supervisors of the two departments across India.<br \/>\nAttending the programme here, WCD Commissioner Gamli Padu briefed the participants on the ongoing National Nutrition Month and Poshan Abhiyaan.<br \/>\nWCD Director TP Loyi described the event as &#8220;a great opportunity for all the participants to learn from the success stories from other states.&#8221; She advised the health functionaries to implement good practices in the anganwadi centres.<br \/>\nThere are 6225 anganwadi workers and an equal number of helpers under 98 ICDS projects in Arunachal Pradesh, besides 3862 ASHA workers and 1049 ANMs.<br \/>\nThe National Informatics Centre provided the webcasting facilities.<br \/>\nSimilar programmes were also organized in all the districts.<br \/>\nBesides the frontline workers, DDs (ICDS), DMOs, MOs, and CDPOs attended the programme here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, Sep 11: The women &amp; child development directorate on Tuesday facilitated frontline functionaries of the women &amp; child development (WCD) and health &amp; family welfare departments to witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi&#8217;s &#8216;Direct samvaad&#8217; programme by webcasting the event live at the Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre here.
