\nAccordingly, the schools and colleges in the state conducted various activities to promote Gandhi’s idea on basic education (learning through hand, heart and head).
\nEarlier, a four day workshop on Gandhi’s ‘Nai Talim’ was organised in the SCERT, here for lecturers of all the DIETs and school teachers of the state from 25 to 28 September.
\nThe objective of the workshop was to promote Gandhi’s ideas on experiential learning though community engagement.
\nThe Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education (MGNCRE) and Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has recently launched the ‘Mahatma Gandhi Nai Talim Abhiyan’.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
