{"id":52149,"date":"2018-11-23T00:14:33","date_gmt":"2018-11-22T18:44:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=52149"},"modified":"2018-11-23T00:14:33","modified_gmt":"2018-11-22T18:44:33","slug":"mugli-demands-action-against-tah-compensation-theft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/11\/23\/mugli-demands-action-against-tah-compensation-theft\/","title":{"rendered":"Mugli demands action against TAH compensation theft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BOA SIMLA, Nov 22:<\/strong> Arunachal Pradesh Forest Corporation Chairman Talo Mugli has demanded action against those involved in the alleged siphoning off of the compensation fund for the Ziro-Bopi Trans-Arunachal Highway (TAH) project.<br \/>\nSpeaking at a BJP meeting here in Kamle district on Thursday, the former minister sought proper investigation into the alleged multi-crore scam, and urged the locals to cooperate with the fact-finding committee, as well as during construction of the highway.<br \/>\nClarifying his stand on the TAH compensation issue, Raga MLA Tamar Murtem said he had no role in the alleged mismanagement and anomalies &#8220;as presumed by some sections of people.&#8221;<br \/>\nHe said the fact-finding committee constituted by the government has submitted its report on the Potin-Pai Gate and the Joram-Kolorang roads, and would now move on to the Ziro-Bopi road.<br \/>\nMurtem urged the land-affected people to cooperate with the fact-finding committee, and demanded action against those responsible for irregularities and siphoning off of the compensation fund.<br \/>\nAddressing the party workers as resource person, state BJP general secretary Jarpum Gamlin called for re-electing all the BJP candidates from their respective constituencies, so that the benefits of schemes reach the villagers.<br \/>\nHe elaborated various government schemes for women, children, and the people living below the poverty line.<br \/>\nBesides the people of Boa Simla, BJP workers and leaders and gaon burahs attended the meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOA SIMLA, Nov 22: Arunachal Pradesh Forest Corporation Chairman Talo Mugli has demanded action against those involved in the alleged siphoning off of the compensation fund for the Ziro-Bopi Trans-Arunachal Highway (TAH) project.
