{"id":52581,"date":"2018-11-27T01:42:11","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T20:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=52581"},"modified":"2018-11-27T01:42:11","modified_gmt":"2018-11-26T20:12:11","slug":"cs-takes-stock-of-projects-status","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/11\/27\/cs-takes-stock-of-projects-status\/","title":{"rendered":"CS takes stock of projects&#8217; status"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Nov 26:<\/strong> Chief Secretary Satya Gopal took stock of the status of the proposed four-lane road to the Tezu airport, shifting of utilities, etc, during a meeting with the Airports Authority of India&#8217;s (AAI) Regional Executive Director DK Kamra here on Monday.<br \/>\nBesides reviewing the status of the Tezu and Hollongi airport projects, the two discussed matters related to forest and environment clearance, and the AAI&#8217;s corporate social responsibility (CSR) schemes in the state.<br \/>\nThe CS said all CSR activities should be undertaken with full knowledge of the government to ensure transparency and accountability and stop misuse, if any, of the schemes.<br \/>\nLohit Deputy Commissioner Karma Leki made a PowerPoint presentation on the status of the Tezu airport project.<br \/>\nOn the matter of conversion of the Tezu airport from VFR to IFR, the DC informed that the matter has been referred to the Lohit DFO for obtaining the no-objection certificate to clear the vegetative obstacles for conversion, as requested by the AAI.
