He also inspected the shrine being constructed in commemoration of the Dalai Lama&#8217;s stay in the village on the night of 4 April, 1959.<br \/>\nIn East Siang district, the administration conducted a SAD camp concurrently with the &#8216;Arunachal Rising&#8217; (AR) campaign at Mirem village.<br \/>\nADC Tatdo Borang inaugurated the programmes, and expressed hope that through the AR campaign &#8220;the channel of communication between government and public would be established for the benefit of the people.&#8221;<br \/>\nBorang along with DPO SK Sharma, CO Oni Padun, HoDs and GBs visited all the stalls and interacted with the officials on duty.
