{"id":57608,"date":"2019-01-16T00:23:35","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T18:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=57608"},"modified":"2019-01-16T00:23:35","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T18:53:35","slug":"workers-benefit-from-health-camp-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/01\/16\/workers-benefit-from-health-camp-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Workers benefit from health camp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>JANG, Jan 15:<\/strong> Over 400 Border Roads Organisation (BRO) workers from the GREF&#8217;s 90 RCC who are registered with the Arunachal Pradesh Building &amp; Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (APB&amp;OCWWB) benefitted from a health camp organised here in Tawang district on Tuesday by the board in collaboration with the BRO Labourers&#8217; Union (BROLU).<br \/>\nLabourers from high-altitude areas like Sela also benefitted from the camp.<br \/>\nThe 90 RCC&#8217;s 2 IC, RC Meena, who inaugurated the camp, commended the organisers, and lauded the labourers for their yeomen service to the nation.<br \/>\n&#8220;Labourers are the backbone of the nation&#8217;s development. Healthcare and personal hygiene are a must, and one must take serious note of it,&#8221; Meena said.<br \/>\nAPB&amp;OCWWB Registering Officer Phurpa Tsering enumerated the statutory and non-statutory benefits being provided by the board to registered workers.<br \/>\nSMO Dr Thutan Lhamu from the Jang CHC and Dr Manu from the 90 RCC conducted the camp.<br \/>\nBROLU president Pema Wangdi also spoke.
