{"id":57839,"date":"2019-01-20T00:44:29","date_gmt":"2019-01-19T19:14:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=57839"},"modified":"2019-01-20T00:44:29","modified_gmt":"2019-01-19T19:14:29","slug":"three-villages-merged-with-mopom-cdb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/01\/20\/three-villages-merged-with-mopom-cdb\/","title":{"rendered":"Three villages merged with Mopom CDB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>MOPOM, Jan 19:<\/strong> Silli, Padu and Geying villages in Katan circle of Upper Siang district have been merged with the Mopom community development block (CDB).<br \/>\nAttending a public meeting here on Friday, Mebo MLA Lombo Tayeng said the developmental activities in the area would gain a new pace with the merger of the villages.<br \/>\nHighlighting various ongoing government schemes and projects, Tayeng advised the villagers to extend cooperation to the government agencies during survey, planning and state-building processes.<br \/>\nLater, Tayeng inaugurated the community hall here in the presence of local MLA Olom Panyang, organizing chairman Ani Moyong, and others.<br \/>\nPanyang said that with the establishment of Mopom CD block, &#8220;people will get real benefits now onwards.&#8221; He also assured to take up infrastructure development issues with the appropriate authorities on priority.<br \/>\nPanyang urged the people to maintain peace and tranquility for development and avail the benefits of the Sarkar Aapke Dwar camps.<br \/>\nAmong others, public leader Mongol Yomso and Mariyang ADC Tamik Talom addressed the function.
