A native of Millang village in Upper Siang district, he did his MBBS from JIPMER, Pondicherry, in 2015.<br \/>\nKumar is a native of Rayung village in Kra Daadi district. He has completed BE. Both his parents are working in the health department.<br \/>\nKanishak Kataria, a BTech graduate from IIT Mumbai, has topped the civil services final exam. Kataria qualified the examination with mathematics as his optional subject.<br \/>\nSrushti Jayant Deshmukh is the topper among women. She secured the fifth rank overall.<br \/>\nOf the top 25 candidates, 15 are men and 10 are women.
