{"id":67028,"date":"2019-05-15T01:26:46","date_gmt":"2019-05-14T19:56:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=67028"},"modified":"2019-05-15T01:26:46","modified_gmt":"2019-05-14T19:56:46","slug":"gsi-finds-rich-deposits-of-graphite-in-arunachal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/05\/15\/gsi-finds-rich-deposits-of-graphite-in-arunachal\/","title":{"rendered":"GSI finds rich deposits of graphite in Arunachal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>ITANAGAR, May 14:<\/strong> The Geological Survey of India (GSI) has found rich deposits of graphite in Arunachal Pradesh, and it says that the state could become a leading producer of graphite.<br \/>\n&#8220;Thirty-five percent of the country&#8217;s total graphite deposits are found in the state,&#8221; disclosed the GSI during an annual interaction meeting of its officials here on Tuesday.<br \/>\nGraphite is a crystalline form of carbon. It is used in pencils and lubricants.
