\nAddressing the gathering, ISTE President, Professor Pratapsinh K Desai gave an overview of ISTE and its achievements throughout the country, while AICTE Adviser, Professor Dileep N Malkhede stressed on working hand in hand to improve the infrastructure and teaching methods in the institutions imparting courses in technical and engineering subjects.
\nEarlier, a souvenir published to mark the occasion was also released. Several national and state level awards were also presented at the inaugural session.
\nRobotics football competition, quiz, model presentation, paper presentation on the theme “Technological transformation: a futuristic approach”, poster competition, circuit design competition, build-o-mania competition for civil engineering students and many other engrossing events followed the inaugural session.<\/p>\n
