She said the workshop &#8220;has renewed the relations between the RGU&#8217;s Institute of Distance Education (IDE) and its study centres.&#8221;<br \/>\nIDE Director Prof Ashan Riddi said the workshop was &#8220;beneficial for coordinators from all learner support centres of various colleges spread across the state, and for the IDE itself.&#8221;<br \/>\nSpeaking on the occasion of IYD, the university&#8217;s Physical Education HoD Prof Anil Mili said &#8220;yoga can help regulate the body, mind and soul,&#8221; and encouraged the participants to &#8220;dedicate at least five minutes to yoga&#8221; every day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RONO HILLS, Jun 21: The two-day state level orientation workshop on &#8216;Understanding ODL Regulations 2017&#8217; concluded with the celebration of International Yoga Day (IYD) in the mini-auditorium of Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) here on Thursday.
