{"id":70588,"date":"2019-06-25T02:16:24","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T20:46:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=70588"},"modified":"2019-06-25T02:16:24","modified_gmt":"2019-06-24T20:46:24","slug":"redress-pay-anomalies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/06\/25\/redress-pay-anomalies\/","title":{"rendered":"Redress pay anomalies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dear Editor,<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile looking forward to see the lotus bloom in Arunachal and move along with PM Narendra Modi\u2019s slogan \u2018Sabka saath, sabka vikas and sabka vishwas\u2019 under the leadership of CM Pema Khandu and Industries Minister Tumke Bagra, I on behalf the Arunachal Pradesh Government Industrial Training Institute Technical Employee Association would like to highlight the matter of the anomalies in the payment of ITI instructors under the subject norms for \u2018career progression for instructor\u2019, dated 7 January, 2016, to implement the decision taken, and urge the union skill development &amp; entrepreneurship (SDE) to direct all the states and union territories, under the DG&amp;T, to ensure our right in the form proper pay.<br \/>\nDue to the contradiction in the designation of \u2018instructor\u2019 under the Arunachal Pradesh SDE directorate from other departments, the faculty members of the ITIs are being deprived.
