{"id":71251,"date":"2019-07-03T02:10:33","date_gmt":"2019-07-02T20:40:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=71251"},"modified":"2019-07-03T02:10:33","modified_gmt":"2019-07-02T20:40:33","slug":"unicef-nec-to-strengthen-nes-public-health-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/07\/03\/unicef-nec-to-strengthen-nes-public-health-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"UNICEF, NEC to strengthen NE&#8217;s public health sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SHILLONG, Jul 2:<\/strong> A regional consultation programme on &#8216;Emergency preparedness for public health sector&#8217; for the states of Sikkim, Meghalaya and Assam will be organized by the UNICEF&#8217;s Assam state office in August.<br \/>\nThe programme will be held in collaboration with the states&#8217; departments concerned, such as health &amp; family welfare, PHE, etc, and feature a &#8216;follow-up consultation and planning, with special focus on the aspirational districts of the states.&#8217;<br \/>\nThis was decided in a recent meeting of the North Eastern Council (NEC) here in Meghalaya.
