The nurse patient ratio has not been maintained in even a single hospital in the state.<br \/>\nThe govt have not heard the pleads of the nurses.<br \/>\nSupporting in establishment of APNC (Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council) was only the appreciable initiatives by the govt. Other than that, there has been none.<br \/>\nIf we go to any hospital, you will find more contractual nursing officers than regular ones. These are those Nursing officers, who are not getting their salary regularly and tired of waiting for regularization.<br \/>\nIf we see the INC norms every teaching hospital should have nursing superintendent, deputy nursing superintendent and ward incharge, whereas these figures are not there in affiliated hospital attached to the nursing school.<br \/>\nWe the nurses are appealing to the govt since 2015, but there is no affect.<br \/>\nThe everyday tiff between the nurses and patients are mostly due to the inadequate number of health care providers especially nurses. Every year the govt. is recruiting nurses on contractual basis.<br \/>\nAt least they can create the exact number regular posts as that of contractual.
