{"id":72641,"date":"2019-07-17T01:46:05","date_gmt":"2019-07-16T20:16:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=72641"},"modified":"2019-07-17T01:46:05","modified_gmt":"2019-07-16T20:16:05","slug":"swachh-bharat-summer-internship-prog-ends","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/07\/17\/swachh-bharat-summer-internship-prog-ends\/","title":{"rendered":"Swachh Bharat summer internship prog ends"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BALEK, Jul 16:<\/strong> The fifty-hour Swachh Bharat summer internship programme here in East Siang district was concluded with a function chaired by the Balek GB at the community hall on Tuesday.<br \/>\nDuring the programme, four NSS volunteers from JNC Pasighat &#8211; Api Talom, Nungki Dai, Seema Kumari and Kuja Mida &#8211; who had enrolled themselves as internees under the programme, conducted a series of activities, including field visits, door-to-door visits, survey and segregation of solid wastes, and cleanliness drives, besides digging compost pits, and delivering talks on cleanliness at the government secondary school here.<br \/>\nThe internees identified polythene bags as one of the major pollutants in the village.
