{"id":72835,"date":"2019-07-19T01:11:38","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T19:41:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=72835"},"modified":"2019-07-19T01:11:38","modified_gmt":"2019-07-18T19:41:38","slug":"3-nscn-ky-operatives-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/07\/19\/3-nscn-ky-operatives-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"3 NSCN (KY) operatives arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CHANGLANG, Jul 18:<\/strong> Personnel of the Changlang police and the 13 Assam Rifles in a joint operation here on Wednesday arrested three Myanmarese operatives of the NSCN (KY).<br \/>\nThose arrested have been identified as Kusum Bongtoy, Chit Aung, and a minor.<br \/>\nChanglang SP Surender Choudhary informed that the operation had been launched based on specific input regarding the presence of the three ultras.<br \/>\n&#8220;During the operation, the team noticed the three suspected individuals, and nabbed them near a stream in Nampong area of the district,&#8221; the SP said.<br \/>\nOn inquiry, the trio confessed to being Myanmarese operatives of the NSCN (KY) who had been tasked to collect information about the movement of security forces.<br \/>\nAlso, around 4.4 kgs of opium was seized from them.
