She also spoke on &#8220;safeguards from cybercrimes and challenges of cyber laws in India.&#8221;<br \/>\nDelhi High Court advocate and IT expert, Manish Manocha, presented an overview on &#8216;Cyber crime: Crime through emails, mobiles phones and crimes through social media, etc&#8217;.<br \/>\nIn the afternoon session, Bhandari spoke on &#8220;structuring and processing complaints and creating investigation roadmap,&#8221; besides the Information Technology Act, remedies in civil and criminal matters, etc.<br \/>\nShe also spoke on &#8216;Admissibility of electronics evidence: Different types of electronic evidence and their admissibility, mandatory authentication of electronic evidence&#8217;.<br \/>\nManocha conducted a talk on &#8216;Cyber forensics: Classification, standard operating procedure, challenges&#8217;, and &#8216;Electronic evidence: Forms of electronic evidence, technical challenges of electronic evidences&#8217;.<br \/>\nA brief interaction session followed, where queries raised by participants were addressed.<br \/>\nAPSLSA Member Secretary Budi Habung was also one of the resource persons.<br \/>\nAmong others, Yupia District &amp; Sessions Judge Jaweplu Chai, Pasighat Chief Judicial Magistrate Mary Kamsi, and Yupia Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Tenzin Metho were present.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NAHARLAGUN, Jul 21: The Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (APSLSA) organised an &#8216;awareness-cum-training programme on cyber security, cyber crimes and electronic evidence&#8217; for 65 judicial officers, advocates, police officers, and staffs of the Women Helpline and the One-Stop Centre, here on Sunday.
