She also spoke about the &#8220;failure of the political parties to ensure tribal rights and community ownership of land of the indigenous people of the state.&#8221;<br \/>\nDr Tame Kena from the TRIHMS made a PowerPoint presentation on various aspects of substance abuse and the ill-effects of alcohol and drug addiction on people&#8217;s health.<br \/>\nVivekananda Kendra Arunachal Pradesh Trust Joint Secretary Rupesh Mathur presented a brief history of the VKVs in the state since the 1970s.
