{"id":80336,"date":"2019-10-01T01:24:24","date_gmt":"2019-09-30T19:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=80336"},"modified":"2019-10-01T01:24:24","modified_gmt":"2019-09-30T19:54:24","slug":"board-to-check-supply-of-medicines-with-short-expiry-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/10\/01\/board-to-check-supply-of-medicines-with-short-expiry-date\/","title":{"rendered":"Board to check supply of medicines with short expiry date"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>YUPIA, Sep 30:<\/strong> The district medicine board (DMB) would strictly check the quality of medicines and supply of medicines with short expiry date.<br \/>\n&#8220;The quality and quantity of medicines and supply of medicines with short expiry date would be strictly checked and the samples of medicines would be collected and sent to the drugs controller of the state.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe decision was taken in a meeting of the district Rogi Kalyan Kosh Unit (DRKKU) under the Mukhya Mantri Rogi Kalyan Kosh Unit (MMRRKU) held here on Monday.<br \/>\nThe meeting, which was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Pige Ligu, further decided that the procurement of medicines and equipments will be done with proper official procedures to maintain transparency, accountability and to avoid duplicity.<br \/>\nAddressing the participants, the DC, who also is the chairman of the DRKKU, directed all the HoDs of line departments to carry out the works departmentally and liaise with the medical officer (MO) in-charges for their full implementation.<br \/>\nHe also directed all the all MO in-charges to give feedback about the requirement at their respective health facilities for MMRRK, especially the quality and availability of medicines, repair and renovation of infrastructures.<br \/>\nDMO Dr Subu Tasso Kampu briefed on the implementation of the MMRKK.<br \/>\nLater, the meeting finalized the annual district health action plan of Papum Pare for 2019-20.<br \/>\nAll the members of DRKKU and MMRKKU attended the meeting.
