{"id":80448,"date":"2019-10-02T01:36:31","date_gmt":"2019-10-01T20:06:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=80448"},"modified":"2019-10-02T01:36:31","modified_gmt":"2019-10-01T20:06:31","slug":"ayang-conducts-blood-donation-camp-on-nvbdd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/10\/02\/ayang-conducts-blood-donation-camp-on-nvbdd\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayang conducts blood donation camp on NVBDD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PASIGHAT, Oct 1:<\/strong> In all, 38.4 units of blood was collected during a voluntary blood donation camp conducted by Ayang, a local NGO under the aegis of the Department of Health &amp; Family Welfare, GoAP at Bakin Pertin General Hospital on the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day here on Tuesday.<br \/>\nThemed &#8216;Be a Hero to Someone in Need&#8217;, the camp is an initiative of founder chairperson of Ayang, Aini Taloh, who has received many national recognitions for her contributions in voluntary blood donation campaign.<br \/>\nLauding the voluntary spirit of the youth in particular and the general public for joining in the movement to save precious human lives on the occasion, Taloh said, &#8220;youth are the agents of change and I call upon them to join the blood donation movement to save humanity by sharing their love through their veins.&#8221;<br \/>\nBPGH Joint Director Dr D Raina, Medical Superintendent Dr YR Darrang, Pathologists Dr G Jonkey and Dr Kaling Jerang were also present on the occasion.
