{"id":83439,"date":"2019-11-01T01:22:53","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T19:52:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=83439"},"modified":"2019-11-01T01:22:53","modified_gmt":"2019-10-31T19:52:53","slug":"issue-tender-documents-to-eligible-firms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/11\/01\/issue-tender-documents-to-eligible-firms\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Issue tender documents to eligible firms&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Oct 31:<\/strong> The All Kamle District Contractor&#8217;s Welfare Association in a representation to the Ziro (Lower Subansiri) PWD division EE on Tuesday requested him to not issue tender documents against the recently published NIT for Package No ZD\/RSD\/IDND\/19020\/46 for c\/o residential quarters in Raga, under the Ziro PWD division, to firms or contractors that are not eligible as per the recently amended Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs &amp; Professionals (Incentives) Development and Promotional) Act, 2015.<br \/>\nCiting the newly amended act, vide notification No SPWD\/W-66\/2012, dated 01\/08\/2018, the AKDCWA said, &#8220;As per the amended act, a contractor or firm having three works in hand shall not be eligible to apply for tender papers or participate in the NIT.
