{"id":84605,"date":"2019-11-12T01:32:36","date_gmt":"2019-11-11T20:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=84605"},"modified":"2019-11-12T01:32:36","modified_gmt":"2019-11-11T20:02:36","slug":"health-officials-trained-in-geotagging","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/11\/12\/health-officials-trained-in-geotagging\/","title":{"rendered":"Health officials trained in geotagging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Nov 11:<\/strong> Officials of the health department on Monday underwent an orientation programme on satellite-based monitoring and geotagging, organised jointly by the National Health Mission (NHM), the planning &amp; investment department and the state remote sensing application centre at the NHM&#8217;s training hall here.<br \/>\nDuring the programme, which was attended by the DRCHO and district programme managers, Planning &amp; Investment Director (Monitoring), Mokir Ori, informed that &#8220;all government schemes shall come under one portal, and the planning department would provide one-stop solutions to all work departments for smooth execution and monitoring of government schemes and projects.<br \/>\n&#8220;After geotagging of all the schemes and projects, it has to be entered into the MIS, which will be automatically transmitted to the SRSAC portal,&#8221; he added.<br \/>\nResource persons from the planning &amp; investment department imparted hands-on training on &#8216;geotagging and development project&#8217;, and apprised the participants of the mobile application and the web portal dashboard.<br \/>\nThey highlighted the benefits of geotagging and satellite monitoring in bringing transparency and accountability, checking corruption, and &#8220;ending the duplicity of any project.&#8221;<br \/>\nFamily Welfare Joint Director Dr Saibal Bhattacharjee advised the participants to take the training seriously and implement the methods in their districts to ensure effective monitoring of projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, Nov 11: Officials of the health department on Monday underwent an orientation programme on satellite-based monitoring and geotagging, organised jointly by the National Health Mission (NHM), the planning &amp; investment department and the state remote sensing application centre at the NHM&#8217;s training hall here.
