{"id":85032,"date":"2019-11-18T01:56:53","date_gmt":"2019-11-17T20:26:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=85032"},"modified":"2019-11-18T01:56:53","modified_gmt":"2019-11-17T20:26:53","slug":"bus-involved-in-hit-and-run-seized-driver-nabbed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/11\/18\/bus-involved-in-hit-and-run-seized-driver-nabbed\/","title":{"rendered":"Bus involved in hit-and-run seized, driver nabbed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>Correspondent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>ROING, Nov 17:<\/strong> The police here in Lower Dibang Valley district have seized a police bus (AR-01G-4067) which was involved in a hit-and-run case on Friday, and have taken the driver in custody.<br \/>\nThe driver, who has been identified as Yumto Romin (H\/C 1st IRBn, Pasighat), reportedly surrendered on being summoned by the investigating team on Saturday.<br \/>\nOn 15 November, a hit-and-run case was reported at the police station here by one Binod Sober, a contractual labourer under the GREF, stating<br \/>\nthat a bus, suspected to be of the police department, had run over his three-year-old daughter.
