{"id":88848,"date":"2019-12-25T00:52:05","date_gmt":"2019-12-24T19:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=88848"},"modified":"2019-12-25T00:52:05","modified_gmt":"2019-12-24T19:22:05","slug":"sessions-on-healthy-living-conducted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2019\/12\/25\/sessions-on-healthy-living-conducted\/","title":{"rendered":"Sessions on healthy living conducted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AALO, Dec 24:<\/strong> Over 80 people participated in a series of sessions on &#8216;Stress-free and healthy living&#8217; conducted by the Art of Living (AoL) here in West Siang district on 22 December.<br \/>\nSenior officials of the district administration, led by Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan, also attended an interactive session, as part of the four-day &#8216;happiness programme&#8217;, at the DC&#8217;s conference hall.<br \/>\nAoL member Rajaque Rahman spoke on the &#8220;science of stress and the art of managing it,&#8221; and shared tips for managing stress and living a happy and healthy life.<br \/>\nAnother such session was conducted for the teachers and staff of the Kendriya Vidyalaya here.<br \/>\nKenpi Bagra, an Aalo-based member of the AoL, explained &#8220;the benefits of Sudarshan Kriya, a rhythmic breathing technique designed by Ravi Shankar.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe workshop included meditation, yoga and relaxation processes.
