\nThis is the 1st time that the Sports and Youth Affairs Department is organizing such adventure programme outside India.
\nThe flag-off-ceremony was held in the office of the Director of Youth Affairs, D K Dinglow in presence of Joint Director, Ramesh Linggi, Assistant Director, Karbia Dodum and Arunachal Pradesh Mountaineering & Adventure Sports Association (AMASA) president Tsering Wange.<\/p>\n
