He is survived by two wives and four children.<br \/>\nBorn in 1965 in Yangte village, Taru started his service life as a PI in 2000, and was posted at the circle office in Yangte.<br \/>\nExpressing condolences to the bereaved family, the administration described late Taru as a hardworking, disciplined, honest and virtuous man.<br \/>\nThe officers and staff observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
