ITANAGAR, Sep 11: The Capital Administration, along with the police on Monday arrested five labours who were engaged in carrying out self demolition of a Type-III government quarter at H-Sector on the pretext of four-lane highway extension.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed that strict action would be taken against all such encroachers. He has further requested the citizens of Capital Complex to cooperate and comply with the laws.
