The exam for the posts of veterinary officers (VO) had been notified in November 2021, and the exam had been scheduled to be held on 13 and 14 October, 2022. But the APPSC paper leak fiasco in August 2022 forced the commission to cancel all the conducted and scheduled exams on 21 September 2022.
There was no complaint related to the VO exam. It was yet to be conducted but got cancelled due to apprehension that all upcoming exam papers could have been compromised.
Today, the APPSC is functional and many exams which had not been involved in the fiasco have been successfully conducted and many notified.
Hence, I request the APPSC to conduct the exam to fill the 16 vacancies of VO through an exam at the earliest.
