ROING, Apr 22: A flash mob comprising 63 members spread the message of ‘Swachh Bharat’ through a sudden performance here in Lower Dibang Valley district on Sunday morning.
The event – a first-of-its-kind in the town – was staged while the people were engaged in Sunday shopping, taking them unawares.
The event was organised by the ‘I clean Roing’ to commemorate its first raising day.
