KHONSA, 29 Jan: An operative of the NSCN (R), identified as self-styled sergeant Khunpong Wangsa, surrendered voluntarily before the Tirap police, the 36th Bn CRPF, and the 44th Assam Rifles here in Tirap district on Wednesday.
The operative also deposited one .32 mm pistol, one magazine, and five live rounds. (DIPRO)
