Editor,
I wish to draw the attention of the authorities concerned and the general public to certain technical difficulties faced by many aspirants during the online application process for the post of assistant professor under the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
It has been observed that the official application portal experienced significant slowdown, especially during the final days of submission. Many applicants from remote districts of Arunachal Pradesh, where internet connectivity is already limited and unstable, reportedly faced difficulties in accessing the website, saving their data, and completing the final payment process. Such technical congestion and connectivity constraints may unintentionally deprive several eligible and deserving candidates from successfully submitting their applications.
Given the geographical challenges of our state and the digital divide that still persists in many remote areas, it would be reasonable and considerate if the authorities could extend the last date of form submission by at least 5-7 days. This would ensure equal opportunity for all eligible aspirants and uphold the principles of fairness and inclusivity in the recruitment process.
I sincerely hope the authorities concerned will sympathetically consider extending the deadline, so that no deserving candidate is left out due to technical or connectivity-related issues beyond their control.
