KHONSA, 2 Apr: Tirap district has received a designated district information & public relations officer (DIPRO) after a gap of 10 years.
From the APCS cadre, Ponung Tasing joined as the Tirap DIPRO on Wednesday and submitted her joining report to DC Techu Aran, in the presence of Khonsa ADC Namneet Singh.
The last designated Tirap DIPRO was Denhang Bosai, who was promoted as deputy director (IPR) and transferred to the directorate of information & public relations in 2016. (DIPRO)
