Interactive prog for APCS aspirants held

ITANAGAR, Aug 25: The Ke’pang Welfare Society (KWS) conducted an ‘interactive and motivational programme’ here on Saturday for the 26 candidates belonging to the Kepang society who have qualified for the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination APPSCCE-2018.
“The programme provided an opportunity to the state civil service aspirants to interact with experienced and senior civil servants and get motivated to achieve their goal,” said retired IAS officer and KWS president Tahang Taggu.
Higher & Technical Education Director Tayek Talom advised the candidates that they should not confine themselves to state level competitive examinations only but aim for higher and national level competitive examinations.
He also highlighted the necessity of human resources in the state and the nation.
Itanagar ADC Talom Dupak advised the students to work hard to achieve success, stating that there is no shortcut to success, while KWS secretary general Midang Tamuk highlighted the aims and objectives of the programme.
During the interactive session, the candidates were given useful tips and suggestions on how to prepare for the final examination.
Department of Indigenous Affairs Director Tayi Taggu, Elementary Education Deputy Director Tani Talom, RGU Associate Professor Ani Taggu, and others conducted the interactive session.
