MENGIO, Nov 9: The state branch of the Indian Medical Association in collaboration with the Old Mengio Youth Welfare Society organized a health camp here in Papum Pare district on 8 November.
The adverse effects of tobacco use, the importance of maintaining menstrual hygiene, and various issues related to adolescent health were highlighted by a team of doctors from the Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences, Central Jail, Itanagar, and the medical officers-in-charge of the Jote PHC and the Mengio CHC.
Around 300 visitors attended the programme.
