ITANAGAR, Feb 19: The All Arunachal Pradesh Government Departmental Tribal Labours Union in a release on Tuesday requested the state government to instruct all heads of departments to implement the Services Selection Board (SSB) at the earliest.
It urged the state government to keep 50 percent job reservation in every department for early absorption of contingency/casual workers who have served for many years.
The union also sought early construction of labour barracks in every district and in the capital complex, and urged the government to raise the monthly pay of contingency/casual workers.
