Dear Editor,
I would like to question the authority concerned of the NEEPCO as to what happened to the result of the recruitment test that had been conducted for the post of assistant on 25/11/2018.
On the aforementioned date, 18 candidates had appeared for the post at the NEEPCO’s establishment in Yazali. The recruitment test was of multiple-choice nature, on OMR sheets.
It is very shocking that the NEEPCO miserably failed to declare the result, though it is already six months now. The APPSC declares its preliminary examination results within a week, for over 10,000 candidates, which is conducted using the same OMR sheets. How can a public sector undertaking (PSU) like the NEEPCO be incompetent to this extent?
They could have declared the result on the same day, or a couple of days later. Who will believe now that the recruitment was fair, even if they declare it now, after six months? Whoever is holding the authority in the NEEPCO has shamed the PSU, and failed the aspiring candidates.
If the authority concerned does not pay heed at the earliest, I can see a litigation coming. This is the height. If you cannot check the OMR sheets of 18 candidates in six months, you are occupying a post you never deserved.
Sincerely,
Guardian of a candidate
