ITANAGAR, Sep 4: Governor P B Acharya on Monday visited the community toilet at Banderdewa near police check post as a follow up action to his meeting with members of the Itanagar Municipal Council and made an on-spot visit to the public utility.
Emphasizing on clean and hygienic public toilets in public places, particularly in market areas, he wished that community toilet should be properly utilized and maintained.
Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner, Prince Dhawan and Itanagar Municipal CouncilDeputy Chief Councillor, Tarh Nachung, who were present on the spot, briefed the Governor on the project. They also apprised him of the projects which are in the pipeline.
