LUMLA, Dec 21: Thirty prospective entrepreneurs and unemployed youths from various villages under Lumla block in Tawang district are participating in a month-long skill development programme on incense-making which began here on Thursday.
An initiative of local MLA Jambey Tashi, the programme is being organized by the District Industry Centre, and is sponsored by the Skill Development & Entrepreneurship department.
A host of government officials and panchayat leaders attended the inaugural programme. (Tawang Vigilance)
