Dear Editor,
We have found that the vacancy for Assistant Conservative of Forest (ACF) is figured around 13-14 approximately even after the four years without any advertisement.
Those servicemen lower in the ranks are trying to grab that opportunity to hold the maximum share into promotion, violating the APFS RR norms.
We would also like to bring into your kind notice that the file has been processed from the PCCF office to the Chief Secretary for re-considering and re-amending the RR for increasing the percentage ratio of promotion.
Therefore, we request you to take immediate step to direct the departmental heads for creation of Advertisement for recruitment of ACF without violating the RR and other vacancies as fast as possible.
Hence, we also request the PCCF office to kindly look into the matter and restrict from violating the Gazetted RR notification issued by the state Govt.
The long pending RFO Exam have not been held.
Therefore, kindly direct the Public Service commission to conduct the exam soon.
