ITANAGAR, Mar 21: The All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association (AACWA) has alleged that many individuals are pressurizing the treasury office to pass bills without carrying out any work.
The association has written to the chief secretary alleging that few individuals are trying to withdraw bill under SADA, SIDF and untied fund without doing any actual work.
The AACWA has asked the state government to first clear pending liabilities under SADA and SIDF.
“No bills under SIDF, SADA and untied funds should be cleared without submission of evidence of execution works against the sanctioned scheme. Many high-handed politicians and close aid of ministers indulge in such illegal activities,” stated the ACCWA.
