It has been brought to my notice that the APPCS is going to conduct the exam for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil). This can be inferred as a bold and historic move by the state Govt. First of all let me express my sincere gratitude to CM Pema Khandu.
Your decision has bestowed a ray of hope to unemployed youth like us. Unfeigned thanks to you.
Now the onus lies on the APPSC to administer the exam in a fair and strict manner, so that all those tireless sleepless night and sacrifices of all the hardworking and deserving candidates do not go in vain.
What will be the pattern of the technical paper (civil)?
Will it be MCQs or conventional? Earlier when it was conducted by the department, every department had their own pattern for the technical paper.
So this is my humble request to the competent APPSC to please respond to this simple query either through this esteemed daily or through its website.
